I saw this nice and clean bowl in a shop today. It comes with the servers.
This gorgeous extra large presentation bowl comes complete with a set of two curvaceous wooden servers, slotting into the rim of the bowl to create a sculptural and practical centre piece from which to serve the finished dish.
This very interesting set of four pieces should be used as a basis in any kitchen.
A unique compact set of four beautiful and versatile pieces allowing 6 different uses. Each piece can be used singularly or combined to prepare and present almost any number of culinary tasks.
- A porcelain bowl is generously sized for mixing, serving or storing
- The stainless steel sieve sits in the bowl for sifting and straining
- The stainless steel grater will grate finely or coarsely straight into the bowl when fitted on the rim
- The beech wood chopping board is recessed underneath to fit as a lid over the bowl
- The board can also be offered up to the rim of a pan or dish so that chopped ingredients can be easily transferred
- The board can be used as a base for the grater when small quantities are to be grated and becomes a serving board with the sieve used as a cover for allowing cheese to breathe or keeping food fresh
- Each piece nest together inside the bowl for compact storage

Last night, I met Philippe Cramer at a party. He gained his Bachelor in Fine Arts in Product Design at Parsons School of Design in New York in 1996, where he studied furniture design and photography. His website presents his work: furniture, porcelain, silverware, jewellery and glassware. Pictured here is a small occasional table with drawer-trays I really like. Link
It’s interesting to see the different names this product has. On the MoMA store, it is know as Accordion Card/Pen Holder as on the designer’s website it’s known as Favino.
Organize pens, pencils, notes and business cards on your home of office desk in this clever accordion holder, which when inverted becomes a business card holder or rolodex. Condenses to a small box when closed.

According to the stats, many people discovered my site by searching for information on the lausanne pillow fight I wrote about some days ago. If you like this website, let me know and tell your friends. If you think I can enhance this site in anyway, let me know. If you want to see the pillow fight videos, check these two links (but bookmark my site, it’s updated daily). Link1 Link2
Here is an other unusually shaped shelf. These 6″ x 5″ x 5″ hardwood blocks might be great to display bottles, vases, candles or even your iPod docking station. Link
Unlike a typical wall mounted shelf, this one comes in an unsual shape. It is sold complete with mounting hardware (but you might still need a drill). Link (via productdose)
